2. Returns
2.1. You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
2.2. Returned items must be unworn, with tags, undamaged, and in their original packaging,

3. Hygiene Policy for Earrings
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings (including earring sets) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

5.1. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.
5.2. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5.3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, meaning customers must pay shipping to return, as we are a small business, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a damaged or incorrect item).

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing ariafinejewellery@gmail.com with photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and provide further instructions.

The founder of Aria herself works with animals daily constantly in water so we understand as a brand no one has time to remove and re apply pieces, as everyday life is simply too busy.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Usually packed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days of ordering. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
