  • Once processed, shipping via DPD typically takes 3–4 business days.

  • We do not ship on public holidays.

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.


4. Payments

  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment system.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and any additional methods shown at checkout.

  • You confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.


5. Shipping

  • Shipping times are 3–4 business days after processing, depending on your location and external factors (weather, postal delays, holidays).

  • Aria is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs.

  • Once dispatched, risk of loss passes to the customer.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition, except for earrings (for hygiene reasons) and gift cards.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving your return.


7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.
